These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and cdajl ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the cdajl website, games, betting services, and all associated features available at cdajl.org. 2. Eligibility
To register and use cdajl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. cdajl does not permit minors or persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh. Players outside Bangladesh are subject to their own jurisdiction's laws and must verify that using cdajl is legal in their location before playing.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of cdajl or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have a current self-exclusion in place at cdajl or have been permanently banned from the platform.

3. Account Registration
Each player is entitled to register and maintain one account only. To register at cdajl, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. cdajl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- cdajl is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

- cdajl reserves the right to close, suspend, or limit any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
Where identity verification (KYC) is required by cdajl, you must provide documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure. cdajl does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
cdajl processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No bank card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency transactions are accepted at this time. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ā§ŗ50. There is no maximum deposit cap; however, high-volume deposits may be subject to additional verification under cdajl's anti-money laundering procedures.
- Deposits are credited to your cdajl account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. cdajl is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay network issues.
- Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where verification is pending.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) used for the original deposit. cdajl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover conditions will be stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
cdajl reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, cdajl may request additional documentation and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
cdajl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- All bonus offers are valid for eligible registered players only. cdajl reserves the right to exclude specific players from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including players who have previously been found to have abused promotions.
- Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses that have not been used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and will not be reinstated. Expired bonus balances are non-withdrawable.
- cdajl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to generate bets, or placing opposing bets across accounts to neutralise wagering risk. Players found to have abused bonuses will have winnings voided and accounts suspended.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
cdajl provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.
- All automated game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. cdajl does not manipulate game outcomes and has no influence over the results produced by third-party game providers.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session â including server disconnection, software error, or network failure â bets placed during the malfunction may be voided at cdajl's discretion. Players will be notified and any affected balance will be returned where technically possible.
- Sports betting markets are offered on a best-effort basis. Odds are provided in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
- cdajl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of system error, data feed corruption, suspicious activity, or where the integrity of a market has been compromised. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cdajl platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, including any person who has been excluded or banned from cdajl.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to generate bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity. cdajl monitors all accounts for suspicious financial patterns and cooperates fully with law enforcement.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing cdajl staff, live dealer hosts, or other players through any channel including the live chat function, support tickets, or social media.
cdajl uses advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts frozen pending investigation. cdajl's decisions in relation to prohibited conduct are final.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
cdajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where cdajl reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) the account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cdajl.
Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposit, provided no outstanding investigation is in progress. Players who voluntarily close their account may reopen it by contacting support, subject to standard eligibility checks.
9. Responsible Gaming
cdajl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem rather than a leisure activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated from within account settings at any time:

Unauthorised use of cdajl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cdajl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from: (a) reliance on information provided on the platform; (b) interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in platform performance; (c) unauthorised access to your account; (d) third-party game provider malfunctions; or (e) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet outages.
cdajl's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits cdajl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by cdajl's negligence.
12. Amendments to These Terms
cdajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cdajl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of cdajl following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cdajl's operations. In the event of any dispute between a player and cdajl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through cdajl's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. cdajl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
